Yesterday i wake up at 5:30a.m in the morning, went for a short run of 5KM... and then continue for badminton around 12:00p.m reach back home at abt 3p.m. :p
is tiring yet enjoying...
long time din go for exercise... :p
today when i wake up in the morning preparing to go to work.. i feel my whole body is aching.. not even can walk properly.. :s bending down is a problem.. going down stair case is even worst.. hahaha.... :p
hope tomorrow will be better.. :)
