Sleepless nite :S

It has been a sleeplessss nite and tiring weekssss again :’S Wake up at 3am or 4am something doing nothing… staring at the ceiling and also 4 plain wallsss…. with eye widely opened… :S since it is 3am – 4am the sky is still dark… nothing can be see clearly in a dark room the only thing that can be seen and hear is the ceiling fan turning round and round… besides, there is no 1 online at 3am or 4am except me (crazy de)... :P I tried to browse something.. but there is nothing to be browse… haiz…

Even though I will have to go to office at 3pm something (start work at 9.30pm) and I am so soooo tire, but I just don’t have the sleeping mood… when I m lying on my bed, my eye just can’t close. Even I force myself to close my eye, my brain will be wondering around... maybe this is the exhausted sign of working nite shift or I am getting used to Houston time… :P if I m getting used to Houston time, I should be telling myself I m in Malaysia, and the shift is almost ended… another 2 more weeksss… I should say another 1 more week… :D

Maybe I should try out some methodss for me to fall back into sleep nex time:
- Counting sheep? :P
- Do some exercise to make myself tire?
- Watch drama?
- Listen to music?

Will try all the above to see which really works... hahaha... :P

My feedback:
Count sheep? It is so lame...sheep has got nothing to do with your insomnia...
Exercise? You think its movie time, where you see them exercise to sleep? Come on, exercise will generate more adrenalin and end up you will be more awake...then think to sleep? Don't bother hoping...
Watch drama? What kind of drama would put you to sleep? Cinderella? Snow White? or X-rated movie/drama?
Listen to music? The best of soft music of Wind, Wave, Sea, Nature?

Guess all that won't work if you are not feeling to get some sleep. So best of luck in getting some sleep... Cheers...
